Welcome to Erolos, operated by Erolos Collective (“Erolos”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.erolos.xyz, our social media platforms (including @club.erolos on Instagram), and all related digital or physical services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Content” means all images, videos, designs, text, graphics, data, and creative materials published by Erolos.

• “Participant” means any individual taking part in an Erolos shoot, interview, meeting, or in-person session.
  
  

• “Creative Team Member” means photographers, videographers, stylists, assistants, editors, or any collaborating creative working with Erolos.
  
  

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content displayed on our Services is the exclusive property of Erolos unless otherwise credited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Content without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

3. USER CONTENT SUBMISSIONS

When you submit User Content (including via the “Pitch,” “Collab,” or “Join the Team” sections, email, or social media):

2. You grant Erolos a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, archive, and distribute your submission for evaluation, communication, and potential project development.
   
   

You understand Erolos is not obligated to use, publish, or respond to any submission.

4. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any Erolos platform.
  
  

• Upload malicious code or harmful software.
  
  

• Use our Services for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive purposes.
  
  

• Harass other users, participants, or members of the Erolos team.
  
  

• Reproduce or exploit Erolos Content for your own commercial purposes without permission.
  
  

We reserve the right to restrict access, remove content, or block users at our discretion.

5. ANTI-HARASSMENT, SAFETY & RESPECT

Erolos maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour — online or in person.

This expectation applies equally to:

• Participants in shoots
  
  

• Creative collaborators
  
  

• Staff and volunteers
  
  

Violation may result in immediate removal from all Erolos activities and legal action where necessary.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may link to external platforms.
Erolos is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or social media platforms.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law:

• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our platforms.
  
  

• Erolos shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable EU regulations.
