Erolos is a creative collective built around visual storytelling, collaboration, and culture.
We explore ideas through photography, direction, and curated creative projects — always with an experimental, forward-thinking edge.
There are three main ways:
Pitch an Idea — Tell us something you’d love to see Erolos bring to life.
Collaborate — Share an idea you want to create with us.
Join the Team — If you think you’d be a strong long-term fit, let us know what you can bring to the collective.
Each option has its own Google Form on our “Get Involved” page.
We most definitely can!
Just get in contact with us and we will see how we can help no matter your lane of choice.
No — strong ideas, good energy, and reliability matter more than a portfolio.
Erolos is built on potential just as much as skill.
Not always.
We receive a lot of ideas, and some projects simply aren’t the right fit — but everything is read and considered.
Submitting an idea does not create any obligation for Erolos to pursue it, accept it, or credit it.
Many creative ideas overlap naturally.
By submitting, you agree that:
Your idea may inspire or resemble future Erolos work,
Erolos may develop similar concepts independently,
Submission does not guarantee involvement or credit.
This protects everyone and keeps our creative process fair.
Yes — depending on the project.
Sometimes we open casting calls publicly; other times we reach out directly.

This is normal for professional creative work.
