CREATIVE CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

For photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, assistants, and all creative collaborators.

This Creative Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”, "CCA") governs the responsibilities, rights, and expectations of any creative individual (“Contributor”, “you”) working with Erolos Collective (“Erolos”, “we”, “our”).

By participating in an Erolos project—whether digital or in-person—you agree to the terms below.

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Media” means any photographs, videos, audio, behind-the-scenes recordings, raw files, edited content, drafts, or creative materials captured or produced in connection with an Erolos project.
  
  

• “Erolos Projects” include photo shoots, video productions, interviews, magazine issues, social content, events, or any brand-related activities.
  
  

2. OWNERSHIP OF MEDIA

A. Joint Ownership With Erolos Priority

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All Media captured during an Erolos Project is considered the property of Erolos and the Contributor jointly, but Erolos retains priority rights for selection, release, and usage.
  
  

• Contributor agrees that Erolos may use all captured Media freely across all platforms.
  
  

3. MEDIA DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Contributor agrees to:

• Provide all raw files, unedited files, and complete footage to Erolos upon request without delay.
  
  

• Submit Media within a reasonable timeline agreed prior to or shortly after the project.
  
  

• Not withhold Media for reasons such as personal preference, style differences, or disputes with participants.
  
  

Failure to provide Media may result in:

• Termination of collaboration
  
  

• Removal from future Erolos projects
  
  

• Legal remedies if financial or reputation damage occurs
  
  

4. GRANT OF LICENSE TO EROLOS

Contributor grants Erolos a:

• Perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, exclusive license
  
  

• To use, modify, publish, distribute, archive, edit, or reproduce the Media
  
  

• For any artistic, editorial, promotional, or commercial purpose
  
  

This includes the right to:

• Crop, recolour, retouch, reframe, cut, or remix Media
  
  

• Decide which images or footage are publicly released
  
  

• Refuse to release content that does not meet Erolos standards
  
  

No compensation is guaranteed unless stated separately in writing.

5. CONTRIBUTOR’S USE OF MEDIA

Contributor may use the final Media only under the following conditions:

• They must wait for Erolos to publish the approved content first.
  
  

• They may use Media in personal portfolios, websites, and social pages with credit to Erolos.
  
  

• They may not:
  
  

  • Sell Media
    
    

  • License Media to third parties
    
    

  • Publish unapproved or unreleased Media
    
    

  • Alter Media to misrepresent Erolos or participants
    
    

  • Use Media in controversial, explicit, or political contexts
    
    

Any use beyond these conditions requires written approval from Erolos.

6. CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS

Contributors must:

• Treat all models, staff, spaces, and equipment with respect
  
  

• Follow Erolos’s safety, creative, and organisational guidelines
  
  

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate communication
  
  

• Maintain confidentiality of private project details and unreleased Media
  
  

• Not solicit models for unrelated projects using Media or shoot-day interactions
  
  

Misconduct may result in immediate removal.

7. EQUIPMENT & LIABILITY

Contributors are responsible for:

• Their own equipment
  
  

• Insurance for personal gear
  
  

• Safe handling of Erolos props or items that are assigned
  
  

Erolos is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal equipment
  
  

• Travel costs unless contracted
  
  

• Injuries unless caused by Erolos' negligence
  
  

8. MODEL & PARTICIPANT RIGHTS

Contributors acknowledge:

• Models own rights to their own likeness
  
  

• Erolos manages consent, release forms, and permissions
  
  

• Contributors cannot publish unapproved images of minors or vulnerable individuals
  
  

• Contributors cannot pressure participants for personal use or extra content
  
  

9. NON-COMPETE & BRAND PROTECTION

Contributors agree not to:

• Misrepresent themselves as Erolos's leadership
  
  

• Launch competing Erolos-branded pages or projects
  
  

• Use Erolos Media or shoot concepts to reproduce competing works
  
  

Reasonable artistic similarity is permitted—but direct copying or repurposing is not.

10. TERMINATION

Erolos may terminate collaboration if:

• the Contributor fails to deliver Media,
  
  

• violates brand standards,
  
  

• breaches confidentiality,
  
  

• or acts in a way harmful to the team.
  
  

Upon termination, Contributor must deliver all remaining Media immediately.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by Irish law and applicable EU regulations.
Disputes fall under Irish courts.
