MODEL & PARTICIPANT RELEASE AGREEMENT (MPRA)

This Model & Participant Release Agreement (“Agreement”, "MPRA") applies to any individual (“Participant”, “Model”, “You”) involved in photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, creative sessions, or behind-the-scenes activities organized by Erolos Collective (“Erolos”, “we”, “our”).

By participating in any Erolos activity, you agree to the following:

1. CONSENT TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED, FILMED & RECORDED

You voluntarily consent to:

• Being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded
  
  

• Appearing in behind-the-scenes content
  
  

• Appearing in interviews, voice recordings, social media content, or promotional footage
  
  

This includes both planned and candid documentation.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

You grant Erolos:

• A perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license
  
  

• To use your likeness, image, voice, and recorded material
  
  

• For artistic presentation, promotional use, editorial content, and internal archival purposes
  
  

Erolos reserves the right to:

• Use or decline to use any captured media
  
  

• Edit, crop, modify, or distribute materials as needed
  
  

• Publish content across our website, social media, publications, and digital platforms
  
  

You acknowledge you will not receive compensation unless a separate contract states otherwise.

3. CONDUCT & SHOOT-DAY EXPECTATIONS

A. Respect & Professionalism

All models, participants, and creatives must show respect toward:

• Other participants
  
  

• Erolos staff
  
  

• Photographers, videographers, stylists
  
  

• Studio/venue property
  
  

• Provided equipment or wardrobe
  
  

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the project.

B. Property & Wardrobe Care

Participants are responsible for any damage caused by negligence to:

• Clothing or styling pieces
  
  

• Props
  
  

• Set materials
  
  

• Equipment
  
  

Erolos may request reimbursement for repair or replacement costs where the participant is at fault.

C. Time Expectations

Participants understand and agree that:

• Shoot days may be very short or very long
  
  

• Waiting periods may occur
  
  

• Multiple takes, reshoots, or extended hours may be required
  
  

• Scheduling changes may happen on short notice
  
  

Erolos will always aim to operate efficiently and respectfully.

4. MINORS

If the Participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form before any involvement.

5. CREATIVE TEAM PROTECTIONS

This Agreement also protects photographers, videographers, stylists, and crew:

• Participants may not demand raw files, unedited content, or outtakes.
  
  

• Participants may not alter or re-edit Erolos photos without written permission.
  
  

• Participants may not commercially use Erolos content unless authorized.
  
  

• Participants must credit Erolos and creatives appropriately when reposting permitted images.
  
  

6. PARTICIPANT PROTECTIONS

Erolos agrees to:

• Communicate shoot expectations clearly
  
  

• Provide a safe, respectful, harassment-free environment
  
  

• Allow participants to express concerns at any time
  
  

• Never use content in misleading, defamatory, or harmful contexts
  
  

7. LIABILITY WAIVER

Participants acknowledge that involvement in creative activities may include inherent risks (e.g., minor physical movement, outdoor environments, lighting equipment).

You participate at your own risk and release Erolos from liability except where prohibited by Irish law.

8. CANCELLATION & REMOVAL RIGHTS

Erolos may remove a participant from a shoot if:

• Conduct becomes unsafe or disrespectful
  
  

• The participant fails to follow instructions
  
  

• The participant disrupts workflow or endangers equipment or people
  
  

No compensation is owed in such cases.

9. GENERAL UNDERSTANDING

Participants agree that:

• They must wait for Erolos to publish the approved content first.
  
  

• They may use Media in personal portfolios, websites, and social pages with credit to Erolos.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable EU regulations.
